Hypnosis is a way of making changes in your life at that deeper part of your mind that you can’t access yourself. This is an area you can’t get into yourself unless you’ve had a lot of training.

Hypnosis by-passes the critical conscious mind to work with the subconscious, the field of infinite possibilities.

and unconscious minds agree.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, non-invasive therapy which utilises the fact that the subconscious mind stores every experience a person has had throughout their life. When access is achieved, lasting, healthy change, free of any damaging negative side-effects, can become the client’s new reality. It is an education and communication process that actively includes the client in the healing process and is therefore very satisfying for both client and therapist. This direct involvement of the client means that this therapy is specifically client focused and avoids any interference from the therapist’s beliefs and values.

I am client focused, on where a client is going, not where they have been. The subconscious mind knows where the client has been and will find what it needs to move ahead. It is all done in the privacy of the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy is known as the “highway to the subconscious.”

Your subconscious mind knows where you’ve been, I honour that. I’m relying on your subconscious mind to know where you’re going. I’m by-passing the critical conscious mind and talking directly to the subconscious mind which knows how to move forward.
